I love these requests because the Greens are some of the most nutritious foods in the world!??? Now that spring is here and the weather is hottest, I am delicious green smoothies for my family almost every day.? They are particularly satisfactory as an after school snack for my daughters, or for me and my husband after a workout.
Which work well in green smoothies include spinach, cabbage Friesland, Swiss chard, romaine lettuce, parsley, etc.? I use a Vitamix, but no large power mixer will do.? Here are the links for green smoothies preferred current my family:
